As you can see, we are NOT your normal gym. Our business thrives on instructional based fitness. All fitness at our facility is performed either with a Trainer, Coach or Instructor. Studies show a 300% increase in work capacity during workout sessions if performed with either a Trainer or Coach. This gives you a chance to cut your workout time in half and achieve the best results possible in less amount of time. Check out below a list of what we offer.
Private Training - These sessions are done with a Trainer in a 1 ON 1 format. Sessions will be performed in Private Training rooms away from the watching eyes of others. All sessions are appointment based. Sessions prices start at $30 per session. First Session is Free. Please contact front desk or authorized trainer for more info.
Semi Private Training - Sessions are performed in a small group setting between 2-5 people. Semi Private times are on a set schedule. Prices start at $20 per person per session. Please contact front desk or authorized trainer for more info.
MaxFit Boot Camps - This is a complete fitness program focusing on building muscle and strength along with increasing cardio capacity and losing body fat. Within this person group training program Nutrition is largely focused. The program is open to women only at all fitness levels. The program runs 3 days per week on a Mon/Wed/Fri on a 3 week ON 1 week OFF schedule. Camp runs at 5 different times: 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 6pm, 7pm. This is a membership based program and only the committed will be allowed to join. Prices start at $97/month.
Black Label CrossFit - CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
